Sample Proceeding?

We are offering free service of designing, graphic and manufacturing.

1) You can send us your original sample to the same copy accordingly.
2) You can send us design in JPEG, PDF, PSD OR CDR format and we will make thesample accordingly.
3) You offer your ideas, we offer free design service. And we would create and send the graphic design to preview in 48 hours. As you confirm, we would make the sample.

Sample lead time 2-3 days and once sample approved mass will be proceed according to the sample approved.

We offer free of cost samples to our regular clients, but for new clients they need to pay sample cost as well as shipping cost but when order confirmed we will deduct the sampling cost from the total invoice value of the mass production.

How can we get a quote from Wannat Group?

We could give an accurate price when you confirm the Size, Color, Material, Quantity and the artwork of any item please.

How can we make an order or buy from Wannat Group?
Simply you can send us the product model number from a website/catalogue/price-list or picture and we will get back to you accordingly. You can also contact us via e-mail or can call us or fax us. Once we will get an inquiry, we will immediately response you for further correspondence.

Payment method OR How can we make payment?

Simply you can make payment by Bank Transfer that is wire & swift transfer, we also accept payment by Western Union &Money Grams, and we are planning to have a PayPal account as soon as possible so that our clients who prefer to make payment using PayPal could make payment easily. But meanwhile we accept payment by T/T, Western Union & Money Gram.

Low Invoice Value to Avoid Custom Duties?
For small orders or samples usually, we put lower value on invoice and mark “gift” or “sample” to help you to avoid the tax or less your tax. If you need full value on the shipping bill or invoice, please let us know when place order.

Missed my delivery what shall I do?

If you have missed your delivery don't worry, we provide consignment number / tracking number to our customers. You just need to visit the courier website to rearrange the delivery. If you do not have the consignment number please contact us via email or phone call.

Partial Delivery?
To ensure deliveries are made on time, sometimes we ship items in separate deliveries. Handmade embroidery items sometimes take much more time as compared to other products so what we do is we deliver whatever is ready from the total order and rest of the order we dispatch later when it completes. If you haven’t received an item, please get in touch so that we may investigate

Where is my order from Wannat Group?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will indicate when you should expect to receive your item. Where possible, we’ll provide you with tracking details also so you can see the progress of your delivery.

What do I do if I am missing an item from my delivery?
All missing items must be reported within 48 hours. If you have discovered you are missing an item please contact the sales team.

Return Policy?
We accept return for unsatisfactory items. Please contact us to report defective items within 7 days upon receipt. Returned items must come with the original parts and accessories. Refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
