RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At Wannat Group, our primary goal is to provide exceptional products tailored to your needs. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to address concerns about the products you have purchased from us. To assist you in these situations, please take a moment to read and understand our return policy.
Please attach clear pictures of the product, including packaging, from
different angles to assist us in assessing the issue.
Return Period: You may request a return or exchange for products within 30
days from the date of delivery. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange or issue store credit.
Product Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must
be in its original condition and packaging. It should be unused and in the same
state as when you received it.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of
the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on
our part.
Refund:Please note that we do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer
exchanges.

FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
Custom Products: Customized or personalized products, which may include products
with custom engravings, embroidery or modifications, are generally not eligible
for return or exchange unless they are arrive in a damaged
condition.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Shipping Damages / Broken Items:
While we take utmost care in packaging, some items,
particularly fragile briefcases, may incur damage during transit or custom
checking please. If you receive damaged items, please provide proof of damage
within 1 day of receipt. We may not return or exchange such items, but we will offer
you a discount equivalent to the damage incurred. Allow 7-10 business days for
the resolution of these claims.

Regarding Returns:
Wannat Group reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns
from customers under the following circumstances:
An irregular or excessive returns history, suggesting
"wardrobing."
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered,
damaged, or missing items.
Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity related to returns.

We welcome custom design requests. Feel free to share your design concepts with
us, and our team will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life. Custom
design projects may have varying lead times and costs based on complexity.

This is in line with our philosophy: as the order quantity increases, the price per unit decreases, and vice versa.
