products ranges from 3 to 4 weeks. During this period, our skilled production
team works diligently to craft your items with precision and attention to

the production time may be longer to accommodate the additional steps involved
in creating unique items according to your specifications. The exact production
time for custom orders will be communicated to you at the time of order please.
3. Handmade Items: Some of our products are handmade, requiring special
craftsmanship. As a result, the production time for these items may be slightly
longer to ensure the highest level of quality and artistry.
4. Large or Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders, the production time
may be extended to meet the quantity and ensure consistent quality across all
items. We also offer partial deliveries for bulk orders, For example, if your
order QTY is 10,000 pieces what we do is divide them in 2-3 deliveries and
deliver them partially.
5. Communication and Updates: Throughout the production process, we keep
you informed about the status of your order. You will receive regular updates
regarding the progress of your items and any potential delays if they arise.

ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our products to customers worldwide. Here
is an explanation of our carrier services:
1. Trusted Shipping Partners: We collaborate with renowned shipping
carriers that have a proven track record of delivering packages safely and on
time. We work with reputable couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure
efficient and reliable delivery. We do use Sky Net and DPD Courier for our
UK/Europe customers because it is much cheaper than other couriers are.
2. Air Mail Service | Postal Service:
We only use Airmail for small packets/orders. This medium is generally used for
retail orders/online shopping by collectors and individuals for personal use of
products. Being a cheaper source of shipping most of direct clients prefers it
but WANNAT is not responsible for late delivery as this medium is without any
tracking facility. Usually Airmail takes 14-20 days to reach Europe USA, Canada
& Australian destinations.
3. Insurance and Security: We take the safety and
security of your orders seriously. All shipments are appropriately insured to
protect against any potential damages or losses during transit. (Cost will be

1. Air Cargo
We use two methods for air cargo.
It delivers to the destination Airport and customer hires an
agent for custom clearance from the Airport - inexpensive method.
It takes responsibility to deliver to customers
premises/warehouse - expensive method. Please confirm your nearest Airport
details when ordering. Generally takes 10 days to all destinations. We
preferable use Emirates & British Airways for Air Cargo please.
2. Sea Cargo
Ideal shipping source for bulk orders like 20 and 40 container. Delivery time
25/28 days approximately. Freight cost approximately almost 8% of the total
amount of order depending on destination country.

However, in some cases, a partial delivery may occur due to various factors
such as item availability, backorders, or logistical constraints. When a
partial delivery occurs, it means that only a portion of your order has been
shipped, and the remaining items will be shipped separately later.

necessary, we will inform you in advance through email or any other
communication method provided during the order placement. The notification will
specify which items have been shipped and when you can expect the remaining
items to be dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges: You will not be charged extra
for the additional shipments resulting from a partial delivery. The shipping
charges are typically calculated based on the total order value and the
shipping method selected during checkout.
MISSING ITEMS FROM DELIVERY:
If you are missing an item from your delivery at WANNAT, we sincerely apologize
for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we are here to assist you in
resolving the issue promptly. Here is what you can do:
1. Check the Shipment: Before taking any further
action, verify the contents of the shipment and the package thoroughly.
Sometimes, items may be packaged separately or hidden within protective layers.
Additionally, ensure that the shipping label matches the order details.
2. Review the Packing Slip: If you received a packing
slip with your shipment, cross-check it with the items you have received. Make
sure that all the items listed on the packing slip are present in the package.
