Delivery Information

Order Production Time
It takes 3-4 weeks for regular orders after the verification of the payment and confirmation of the order. However, trail orders can be shipped faster. If your order is in bulk QTY then it will be delivered partially. For example if your total order QTY is 9,000 pieces what we do is divide them in 3 deliveries and deliver them partially. However, if you need all order in 1 delivery in short period of time you can ask us, contact us via email or phone call.

Delivery Time

DHL: 3-5 days, FedEx: 4-6 days, Ups: 4-6 days, Skynet: 5-10 days and DPD: 6-12 days. These are expected delivery times and are not guaranteed. In case if there are any changes, we will duly inform you via phone call / email.

Air Mail Service | PostalService
We only use Air-mail for small packets/orders. This medium is generally usedfor retail orders/online shopping by collectors and individuals for personaluse of products. Being a cheaper source of shipping most of direct clientsprefers it but NANBA is not responsible for late delivery as this medium iswithout any tracking facility. Usually Air-mail takes 7-10 days to reach Europeand 12-15 days to USA, Canada & Australian destinations.

Cargo Services | Air & Sea
In case of bulk orders we use cargo services both Air Cargo and Sea Cargo.

AIR CARGO

We use two methods for air cargo.

1- It delivers to the destination Airport andcustomer hires an agent for custom clearance from the Airport - inexpensivemethod.

2- It takes responsibility to deliver to customer’s premises/warehouse -expensive method. Please confirm your nearest Airport details when ordering.Generally takes 10 days to all destinations. We preferable use Emirates &British Airways for Air Cargo please.

SEA CARGO

Ideal shipping source for bulk orders like 20 and 40 container. Delivery time25/28 days approximately. Freight cost approximately almost 8% of the totalamount of order depending on destination country.

Low Invoice Value to Avoid Custom Duties?
For small orders or samples usually, we put lower value on invoice and mark“gift” or “sample” to help you to avoid the tax or less your tax. If you needfull value on the shipping bill or invoice, please let us know when placeorder.

Missed my delivery whatshall I do?
If you have missed your delivery don't worry, we provide consignment number /tracking number to our customers. You just need to visit the courier website torearrange the delivery. If you do not have the consignment number pleasecontact us via email or phone call.

Partial Delivery?
To ensure deliveries are made on time, sometimes we ship items in separate deliveries.Handmade embroidery items sometimes take much more time as compared to otherproducts so what we do is we deliver whatever is ready from the total order andrest of the order we dispatch later when it completes. If you haven’t receivedan item, please get in touch so that we may investigate.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email whichwill indicate when you should expect to receive your item. Where possible,we’ll provide you with tracking details also so you can see the progress ofyour delivery.

What do I do if I ammissing an item from my delivery?
All missing items must be reported within 48 hours. If you have discovered youare missing an item please contact the sales team.
