We offer free of cost samples to our regular clients, but for new clients theyneed to pay sample cost as well as shipping cost but when order confirmed wewill deduct the sampling cost from the total invoice value of the massproduction.

Missed my delivery what shall I do?
If you have missed your delivery don'tworry, we provide consignment number / tracking number to our customers. Youjust need to visit the courier website to rearrange the delivery. If you do nothave the consignment number please contact us via email or phone call.
To ensure deliveries are made on time,sometimes we ship items in separate deliveries. Handmade embroidery itemssometimes take much more time as compared to other products so what we do is wedeliver whatever is ready from the total order and rest of the order wedispatch later when it completes.
